Use Case

  • Configure the eXtendMobile SuiteApp to use the eXtendMobile application.

Prerequisites

  1. Create access tokens for the eXtendMobile application using the eXtendMobile Server User role. See Generating a new Access Token for details regarding access token generation.

  2. Create OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials (M2M). See Creating OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials (M2M) for details regarding OAuth 2.0 credential generation.

Configuration Details

Go to Setup → eXtendMobile → Setup.

General Configuration

  1. Consumer Key
    Specify the Token ID.

  2. Consumer Secret
    Specify the Token Secret.

  3. Concurrency Limit
    Specify the maximum number of concurrent requests that eXtendMobile can submit to your NetSuite account from the mobile application.

  4. Subdomain
    Specify your Subdomain (if not already specified).

  5. Certificate ID
    Specify the Certificate ID generated from the OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials. 

    Note    : This is applicable if you are using eXtendMobile 1.9 or later.

  6. Certificate
    Choose Certificate A or Certificate B as directed by eXtendTech Support.
