Use Case

• Configure the eXtendMobile SuiteApp for use.
  

Prerequisites

1. Clone the provided eXtendMobile Server User role and add your company identifier to it, or simply add the suffix: [LIVE]. For example, Company Initials eXtendMobile Server User or eXtendMobile Server User [LIVE].
   
2. Create OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials (M2M) for the eXtendMobile application using the eXtendMobile Server User role. See Creating OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials (M2M) for details regarding OAuth 2.0 credential generation.
   
3. The company logo image file to display within eXtendMobile. The logo must be in PNG format and less than 5MB in size. We recommend using a logo with a relatively small file size (in the KB range) for faster loading.
   

Configuration

1. Go to Setup → eXtendMobile → Setup.
   
   
   
   
   
2. General Configuration
   
   Configure the eXtendMobile Setup page using the following details:
   
1. Concurrency Limit
   Specify the maximum number of concurrent requests that eXtendMobile can submit to your NetSuite account.
2. Subdomain
   Specify your Subdomain (if not already specified).
3. Certificate Configuration
   
1. Certificate ID
   Specify the Certificate ID generated from the OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials.
2. Certificate Type
   Specify the certificate type as directed by eXtendTech Support.
3. Company Logo
   Upload your company logo for display within the eXtendMobile. The logo be must in PNG format.
