There are two workflows that are being used in this bundle.  It is recommended to make a copy of the bundled Workflows as YOUR COMPANY NAME – WORKFLOW NAME and then change their statuses as Released. 

  1. eXtendVendorRFQ Item Creation {customworkflow_extend_vendorrfq_item_cre} - This Workflow will be used for Item Creation. You can add your required criteria in this Workflow for item creation if required. Note: enter your modifications in a Copied version of this Workflow. 

  2. eXtendVendorRFQ Opp Update Workflow {customworkflow_extend_vendorrfq_opp_upda} -

This Workflow will be used for updating Opportunity Lines that are connected to your PIR Record. you can add your required criteria in this Workflow for updating Opportunity Lines if required. Note: enter your modifications in a Copied version of this Workflow. 

Note: if you use the bundled workflow as released, it is likely to get modified upon next bundle update.
