Issue:
This error message "There is already a Matrix item constituted with different matrix attribute" will occur when the item which you are trying to constitute is already created within your NetSuite account, but with different matrix attributes assigned to it.

Solution:
Have your NetSuite Administrator check the Matrix Color and/or Matrix Size fields which are specified on your eXtendAlphaBroder Setup page (eXtendTech → eXtendAlphaBroder → Setup) to confirm if those values are the same values as the existing Matrix Item within the error message.

If the Matrix Color and/or Matrix Size field on the existing item is incorrect, you can delete the existing item and then re-constitute it with the correct Matrix options using the eXtendAlphaBroder tool.
