Problem

If you receive the error below when trying to constitute an item from eXtendASI, you may have a misconfigured currency mapping:
No price level index found for pricelevelId - 1

Solution

1. Go to eXtendTech → eXtendASI → Currency Mapping.

2. Ensure that ASI's currency (USD) is mapped to NetSuite's currency (USA) and update the mapping if necessary.
