If you would like to see ESP Item Sync Errors on the Body of your NetSuite Item Record, you can do so by configuring the eXtendESP Setup screen using your desired Body Field.

1. Navigate to: eXtendTech → eXtendESP → Setup.

2. Enter the item field id that you would like to use in the ITEM FIELD TO WRITE ITEM SYNC RESPONSE field.


3. Click Submit.


In some cases, the NetSuite field character limits may not allow the full error response from ESP to be shown in the field from Step 2.

In those cases, you can see the full error response received from ESP under the ESP Integration Logs subtab as shown below.

Note: Select the most recent record from the ESP Integration Logs, as by default it is reverse sorted by Date.



For reviewing additional details like the Item JSON and the record which was updated/created, you can view the eXtendTech Log Details record which is linked with the eXtendTech Logs record as shown in the screenshot below:
