If you are receiving a permission error or unexpected error when trying to sync items to BrightStore, confirm the below:

  1. Log into BrightStore and go to the Dashboard.
  2. From the store dashboard, click the Integrations tab. From the list of integration tokens, click the permissions button.

  3. Confirm that the permissions Read/Write is enabled for Orders, Products, and Users APIs.
    Note: the Vendors permission is not required.
