If you are receiving a permission error or unexpected error when trying to sync items to BrightStore, confirm the below:
- Log into BrightStore and go to the Dashboard.
- From the store dashboard, click the Integrations tab. From the list of integration tokens, click the permissions button.
- Confirm that the permissions Read/Write is enabled for Orders, Products, and Users APIs.
Note: the Vendors permission is not required.
