To configure the eXtendCreditConnect Setup page, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to eXtendTech  eXtendCreditConnect  Setup.Image Placeholder
    1. Basic Configuration
      1. EMAIL SENDER
        Selected employee will be used for sending credit score update notification email.

      2. EMAIL RECEIVER (EMAIL FOR CREDIT SCORE UPDATE NOTIFICATION)
        Specified email addresses will receive the credit score update notification emails.

      3. MAX EMAIL ROWS
        The maximum number of customer credit score update information that can be sent in single email. If there is more customer information than can be sent in a single email, multiple emails will be sent.

      4. CUSTOMER SAVED SEARCH ID
        Specify a saved search id for the customer list that you want to update credit scores on.

        Note: sort by the eXtendTech Credit Connect Score Last Update Date field (oldest to newest) so that the most out-of-date customers are updated first.

      5. DO NOT SEND CREDIT SCORE UPDATE EMAIL
        Check this checkbox if you do not wish to send credit score update emails.
    2. Credentials Configuration
      1. HOST NAME
        Specify the Host Name for the ASI Credit Connect Endpoint. 

      2. USER NAME
        Specify your ASI Username.

      3. ASI NUMBER
        Specify your ASI Number.

      4. PASSWORD
        Specify your ASI Password.

      5. CUSTOMER ASI# FIELD
        Select the customer record field which contains the customer's ASI number.
    3. Credit Connect Button Labels
      1. UPDATE CREDIT SCORE
        Specify the label you would like to display for the UPDATE CREDIT SCORE button.

      2. VIEW CREDIT SCORE
        Specify the label you would like to display for the VIEW CREDIT SCORE button.

      3. VIEW CREDIT SUMMARY
        Specify the label you would like to display for the VIEW CREDIT SUMMARY button.
