Problem

You encounter the error "Permission Violation: You need a higher permission for custom record type Suite Credentials to access this page. Please contact your account administrator" when trying to use eXtendCreditConnect.

Solution

Ask your NetSuite Administrator to confirm that the following script deployments are set to "Execute as Role: Administrator".

This is necessary if your existing NetSuite role doesn't have the Suite Credentials permission assigned to it and it can't be added to your existing role.

Ensure the following script deployments/IDs are set to "Execute as Role: Administrator":

  • customdeploy_extend_credit_update_score
  • customdeploy_extend_credit_task_status
  • customdeploy_extend_credit_suite
