Fixes

• When an entity was created as both a customer and vendor using NetSuite's "Other Relationships" functionality, eXtendFiles records were sometimes linked to the incorrect version. For example, it might link to a customer instead of a vendor, or vice versa. This occurred instead of linking to the customer for sales transactions and the vendor for purchase transactions. Now, eXtendFiles will link to the appropriate entity based on the related transaction type when "Other Relationships" is utilized for an entity.
  
• In some cases, special characters in line level references on expense reports were not being set correctly. This issue has now been addressed.
