Enhancements

• Alternate image conversion system beta — Added an alternate image conversion system for standard image formats (JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, AVIF, TIFF, and SVG) and for PDF files. This image conversion system aims to increase conversion performance. Reach out to support@extendtech.net if you'd like to try this out.
  

Fixes

• File Flow processing — Resolved an issue where the scheduled file flow process stopped when certain daily volumes were reached, preventing files from being linked when volumes exceeded this limit. The scheduled process now processes all eligible files regardless of daily volume.
  
• Inline Link View on Inbound Shipment — Fixed an issue where inline link view on inbound shipment records would not render.
  
• Image Conversion — Fixed an error that prevents image conversion from processing in NetSuite 2026.1.
  
• Line Level Upload — Improved handling of special characters in item names and descriptions. The line level upload button now works correctly with items containing apostrophes and other special characters. If you previously renamed items to remove apostrophes as a workaround, you can now safely restore the original item names.
  
• Line level upload on Expense Reports — Fixed an error that prevented files from being uploaded at the line level on Expense Reports in NetSuite 2026.1.
