Features Added:
- Added option to generate secured private thumbnails in AWS S3, Azure Blobs and Oracle Object Storages.
- Added Sharing setting option to generate the signed URL on the basis of linked record permission over being role/user based always. Please see Configure eXtendFiles File Sharing Settings

- Made make Public/Private button to uphold the user override over getting updated as per setup configuration on the basis of file type.
