The order of files displayed on the multi-approval page is determined by the settings of the saved search they're linked to. You have the ability to adjust these settings, and thereby control the display order of the files. For instance, you could adjust the settings to display older files first, or to prioritize newer ones.

1. Go to the eXtendFiles Approval Setup page at eXtendTech → eXtendFiles → eXtendFiles Approval Setup.

2. Click the Multi Approval subtab.

3. Open your record type's associated saved and modify the sort order as required.
