Overview
The order of files displayed on the multi-approval page is determined by the settings of the saved search they're linked to. You can adjust these settings and thereby control the display order of the files. For instance, you could adjust the settings to display older files first, or to prioritize newer ones.
Steps to modify the file order
1. To access the eXtendFiles Approval Setup page, go to eXtendTech → eXtendFiles → eXtendFiles Configuation. At the bottom of the Home page, click on the Approval Setup button.
2. Click the Multi Approval subtab.

3. You can then refer to your record type's associated Saved Search Id (on eXtendFiles Record).

4. Open that Saved Search and modify the sort order as required.
