Version: eXtendFiles 1.5.8 and above
Audience: Administrator
To link eXtendFiles to Dropbox, the required configurations must be completed by a user who has both an Administrator role in NetSuite and Administrator access to Dropbox.
1. In NetSuite, go to eXtendTech → eXtendFiles → eXtendFiles.
2. Select Dropbox as the Storage Type.

3. Click the Click to Authenticate for Dropbox button to start the authentication process.

4. You will be redirected to a Dropbox sign-in page. Sign into your Dropbox account. Note: If you are already signed into Dropbox, this step will be skipped.

5. Once you sign-in, a warning page will appear before connecting the app. Click Continue to proceed after reviewing the message.

6. Once the app is authorized, eXtendFiles will request access to its folder within Dropbox. Click Allow.

7. Once access to eXtendFiles is granted, it will be linked to your Dropbox account and a success message will appear in NetSuite.

8. eXtendFiles will create a folder called "eXtendFiles" in the "Apps" folder of your Dropbox account. This folder will be used to store files uploaded from NetSuite.
