Version: eXtendFiles 1.5.8 and above

In the eXtendFiles record, you can easily see the size of your uploaded files. You'll find this information in two fields, both located in the 'Others' subtab:
- EXTENDFILES - FILE SIZE (BYTES): This field displays the file size in bytes.
- EXTENDFILES - FILE SIZES: This field shows the size of your file in the most appropriate unit, such as KB, MB, or GB, based on its size.
Please note:
- The EXTENDFILES - FILE SIZES field is a dynamic, calculated field, and won't be stored. So you can't include it in a NetSuite saved search. However, you can still use the formula from this field in your saved search by copying it from the eXtendFiles custom record.
- The data in these fields is available starting from eXtendFiles version 1.5.8. If you uploaded files using an earlier version of eXtendFiles, these fields will not contain any data.
