Overview

eXtendFiles allows you to view the size of your uploaded files through two dedicated fields, which are in the "Others" subtab by default.

File Size Fields

• EXTENDFILES - FILE SIZE (BYTES): Displays the file size in bytes
  
• EXTENDFILES - FILE SIZES: Shows the file size in the most appropriate unit (KB, MB, or GB)

Q: Can I use the EXTENDFILES - FILE SIZES field in a NetSuite saved search?
A: No, this is a dynamic calculated field and cannot be included in saved searches. However, you can use the same formula from this field by copying it from the eXtendFiles custom record into a saved search formula field.

Q: Will these fields show data for files uploaded with older versions?
A: No, these fields only contain data for files uploaded using eXtendFiles version 1.5.8 or later.
