Problem

When you click Click to Upload in the eXtendFiles Line Level Upload inline uploader, the upload window does not open.

Cause

The eXtendFiles Line Level Upload on Record Html field is missing from the custom form, or it is present but hidden.

Solution

1. In NetSuite, open the record type and custom form where you want to use line level upload.
   
2. Add the field eXtendFiles Line Level Upload on Record Html (custbody_extend_files_line_level_upld) to the Body of the form.
   
3. Make sure the field is not hidden.
   
4. Save the form.
   
5. Reload the record and try Click to Upload again.
