Introduction

Errors may occur while uploading files due to configuration changes in your cloud storage. These changes could limit file uploads. eXtendFiles displays the error message from your cloud storage during the upload process.

Below is a list of potential errors that may occur during file uploads to cloud storage, along with their solutions:

Amazon S3

  1. The AWS Access Key Id you provided does not exist in our records.Image Placeholder

    Cause: The access key for your Amazon S3 bucket may have changed.
    Resolution:
    Contact your NetSuite and/or Amazon AWS Administrator to update the Amazon S3 access key on the eXtendFiles Setup page. See Configure eXtendFiles for Storage with Amazon AWS S3 for more information on updating your access key.
