Problem

I'm not able to drag-and-drop file attachments from "New Outlook" into eXtendFiles.

Cause

This is a current limitation in New Outlook, which lacks support for dragging attachments to web browsers. New Outlook only supports dragging attachments to the local filesystem.

Solution

Our team has investigated and confirmed we cannot work around this issue. We're dependent on Microsoft adding attachment-to-browser support for New Outlook. We're regularly checking for updates to this functionality from Microsoft.

In the meantime, you can use these workarounds:

1. Use Classic Outlook instead of New Outlook.
   
2. Download the attachment to your local filesystem first, then upload the downloaded file by dragging it into your web browser.
