Overview
The approval webpage displays eXtendFiles that are marked as "Public" in the eXtendFile record. However, the approval/rejection record results required for approval and rejection are based on the saved search configured on the eXtendFiles Approval Setup page in the Saved Search Id for Approve/Reject field (see screenshot below).
Configuration
To access the eXtendFiles
Approval Setup page, go to eXtendTech → eXtendFiles → eXtendFiles Configuration. At the bottom of the Home page, click on the Approval Setup button.


To identify the criteria that may prevent the record from being returned, compare the criteria in this saved search with the data on the eXtendFiles record that is being approved/rejected.
If the above resolution does not help, ensure that the role used to generate the integration token for eXtendFiles has the necessary permissions to search for the record.
