Problem
When attempting to download a file
from the eXtendFiles single-file or multi-file
approval web page, the following error
appears:
We couldn’t open that file.
Rename file to use a shorter name or
copy file to a different folder with a
shorter path.
Solution
This error can occur when the name
of the file, including its save path, is too
long. To learn more about this issue, visit this
page. To resolve the issue,
consider changing your default download
location or saving the file to a location with
a shorter file path.
