Once the eXtendItem bundle is installed in your account you will need to update the SSO app ID before proceeding with configuration:

  1. Navigate to Customizations → Scripting → Scripts
  2. Filter to a script type of Suitelet, search for the eXtendItemDB Suitelet, and open it in view modeImage Placeholder
  3. Navigate to the deployments subtab and open the eXtendItem Search Setup deployment in edit mode

  4. Enter customsso_extend_item_db_sso_prod under the SUITESIGNON ID script parameter and save the deployment
