Once the eXtendItem bundle is installed in your account you will need to update the SSO app ID before proceeding with configuration:
- Navigate to Customizations → Scripting → Scripts
- Filter to a script type of Suitelet, search for the eXtendItemDB Suitelet, and open it in view mode
- Navigate to the deployments subtab and open the eXtendItem Search Setup deployment in edit mode
- Enter customsso_extend_item_db_sso_prod under the SUITESIGNON ID script parameter and save the deployment
