Cause: This error occurs when multiple people try to constitute multiple items at once.
Solution: The number of concurrent request for bulk item constitution is governed by the number of deployments created for eXtendItemDB Item Constitution M/R and specified on eXtendItem setup under field M/R Item Constitution Deployment Ids.
So you will need to create deployments of eXtendItemDB Item Constitution M/R and specify the internal ID of the deployments under setup field M/R Item Constitution Deployment Ids.
Note: If the number of concurrent bulk item constitution request will be greater than the number of deployments specified on setup then you will again get the error.
