This article will guide you for creating workflows for placing Purchase Orders to S&S Activewear. A bundle workflow action script eXtendItemDB Place Purchase Order is provided along with bundle which you will be using for configuring workflows for placing Purchase Orders to S&S Activewear.

Below, are the steps for creating a real-time workflow which will be triggered on click of a button present on Purchase Order record:

    1. You can add a state in which the workflow will add a button on PO record.
    2. Now add another state with custom action eXtendItemDB Place Purchase Order.
    3. Add a transition between state #1 & state #2 which will work on click of the button added by you in #1.
    4. You must add a criteria on vendor applied on PO record on this workflow so that this workflow executes only on those PO records on which S&S Activewear vendor is applied.
