If a user does not have permissions to view the Custom Records then they may not be able to view the (Custom) eXtendJobs records and may receive the message below.
You need a higher permission for custom record type eXtendJobs to access this page
For a Custom Role to be able to view eXtendJobs Saved Searches, confirm that they have Lists → Custom Record Entries permissions on their Custom Role.
