Fixes

• Fixed an issue preventing partial receipt of transfer orders. Previously, when a transfer order had multiple lines, users could not exclude individual lines from the item receipt. Now users can either set any valid quantity on the receive line or uncheck the "receive" box to exclude that line from the receipt—effectively recording 0 items received for that line.
