Fixes

• Country/State select field values — Fixed and issue where Country and State values were not displayed in some drop-downs in the PPAI Lead function.
  
• PPAI Lead scan loading — Fixed an issue where the application would freeze indefinitely when scanning an invalid PPAI QR code. The function now correctly handles errors and displays an "Invalid Badge ID" message instead of getting stuck on a loading screen.
