Overview
This article provides guidance on how to use the "Don’t Send To NetSuite" feature in eXtendMobile.
There are instances where field values in NetSuite are set based on automatic sourcing, and attempts to set these values manually can result in errors. An example of this would be creating sales transactions; when a customer is selected, the subsidiary of the customer is automatically sourced in the subsidiary field. If the customer is not a multi-subsidiary customer, you may encounter an error when attempting to submit the subsidiary field manually.
The "Don't Send To NetSuite" feature allows users to display field values on the form in eXtendMobile without sending these values to NetSuite during submission. In this way, when the customer field is set in eXtendMobile, the subsidiary field is automatically set by NetSuite using the existing automatic sourcing.
