Use Case

• Change the text or background color of a row, or highlight it, based on specific criteria in list views.
  

Steps to Configure

eXtendMobile app

1. Login as an eXtendMobile Admin user.
   
2. Navigate to the list function where you want to apply field highlighting rules.
   
3. Long press the function tile and tap "Edit" to open the function in edit mode.
   
4. A Highlighting Rules button will be on the main form. Tap to open it.
   

   
   
5. Tap the add (+) button to add a highlighting rule.
   

eXtendMobile Web

1. Login as an eXtendMobile Admin user.
   
2. Navigate to the list function where you want to apply field highlighting rules.
   
3. Click the three dots icon and click "Edit" to open the function in edit mode.
   
   
   
4. Open the Advanced Settings group and click the "Highlighting Rules" button.
   
   
   
5. A list will appear where you can specify highlighting rules. Click add (+) to add multiple highlighting rules. Use up (↑) and down (↓) to reorder the priority of the highlighting rule.
   
6. Set your designed highlighting colors and then use the settings icon to set your highlighting rules.
