If the eXtendMobile application crashes due to unforeseen issues, you can use eXtendMobile to share the crash report via email or other messaging applications. This can help eXtendTech Support view details of the crash report and investigate the cause of the crash more quickly.
Steps to Share Crash Reports
1. Crash Report Screen: When the app crashes, a screen with the crash report will appear. You will see two buttons: one for sharing the report and another for exiting the screen.
2. Tap the SHARE Button: Tap the SHARE button to open your device's sharing options.
3. Select Sharing Option: Choose how you want to send the crash report - via email, messaging app, etc. You can send it to eXtendTech Support or to your IT Administrator.
When using the eXtendMobile Web portal, there is only the "COPY" option. Click COPY to copy the error message. From there, send it to eXtendTech Support or to your IT Administrator via email.
