Q: Can I update cache records for all record types at once?
A: Yes, you can update all record types at once from NetSuite by going to eXtendTech → eXtendMobile → Create/Update Cache and clicking Submit without selecting any specific record type.
Q: Can I update cache records from the eXtendMobile mobile app?
A: Yes, if you have an eXtendMobile Admin role. Log in to the app, tap the gear icon, select "Update Record Cache", choose the record type, and tap Submit. Note that only one record type can be updated at a time using this method.
Q: How do I find the internal ID of a record type using the NetSuite Records Browser or Records Catalog?
A: To find the internal ID of a record type, you can use either the NetSuite Records Browser or the NetSuite Records Catalog. In the Records Browser, navigate to the record type you need and look for the record type identifier (e.g., "Customer", "Sales Order"). In the Records Catalog, search for your record type and the internal ID will be displayed in the record type information. This internal ID is what you'll need to enter in the "Record Type (Internal ID)" field when updating a single record cache.
