• Create pre-fulfillment records via API (CSV upload) — You can now create Pre-Fulfillment (PF) records through an integration using a RESTlet that accepts CSV data.
  

Enhancements

• Support custom fields in PF records — Your CSV can include custom fields when creating PF records.
  
• Replace existing PF records (optional) — You can replace existing PF records by setting a flag in the request.
  
• Email notifications for processing errors — If processing fails, the system can send an error notification to a configured email address.
