Fixes

• Fixed an issue in the NetSuite Next UI where the bottom of the pre-fulfillment modal was hidden, making the Done and Cancel buttons inaccessible.
  
• Fixed an issue in the NetSuite Next UI where form fields appeared over the pre-fulfillment modal, blocking parts of it from view.
