eXtendMultiFulfillment provides a
feature to notify a user on completion of their multi-fulfillment and pre-fulfillment processing.
Setup Configuration (Administrator)
To enable the email notification
feature, your NetSuite Administrator will configure the eXtendMultiFulfillment Setup screen.
1. Go to eXtendTech → eXtendMultiFulfillment → Setup.
2. Configure the Email Notification
Configuration section based on the field details below:
FIELD | DESCRIPTION |

ERROR MAIL SENDER | This is the Email Sender which will be used
for sending emails from NetSuite
to the NetSuite User for any errors during
processing. |
ERROR MAIL RECEIVERS | Email addresses of the people who will be receiving the error emails. |
MAX EMAIL SIZE | Maximum number of lines displayed
in a single email. |
Email Notification Triggers
Below is a list of events where you will receive an email notification:
1. Upon creation of item fulfillment records from pre-fulfillment records by clicking the Multifulfill button on the Sales Order.
Upon successful creation of item fulfillment records, an email will be sent with a link to the sales order. The newly created item fulfillments can be viewed from the Related
Records on the linked sales order.
2. Upon creation of pre-fulfillment records using the Import Pre-Fulfillment Records feature.
When the pre-fulfillment record is created by uploading an Excel/CSV file, an email is sent when the pre-fulfillment record creation completes.
3. Creation of item fulfillment record from pre-fulfillment records using the scheduled job runner.
When item fulfillment records are created from pre-fulfillment records using the scheduled job runner, a notification email will be sent to the user upon completion of the process.
In the subject line you can see the number of successful processes and the number of failed processes.
