Problem

You see errors when opening the prefulfillment modal on a Sales Order record.

Cause

Configuration issues or NetSuite list limits can prevent the pre-fulfillment modal from loading properly.

Solution

"An error occurred while loading: That search or mass update does not exist."


This error can occur if your NetSuite Administrator configured an incorrect saved search ID in the NON ITEM SAVED SEARCH ID field on the eXtendMultiFulfillment Setup page, or if the saved search is marked as private.

  1. Open the eXtendMultiFulfillment Setup page.
  2. Confirm the NON ITEM SAVED SEARCH ID value is correct.
  3. Verify the saved search is not marked as private.

"Invalid Ship Method found in Prefulfillment record."

When viewing the pre-fulfillment modal, ship methods may not display in the selection list. In the integration logs, you may also see "Invalid Ship Method found in Prefulfillment record."


This issue can occur when the ship method list in your NetSuite environment contains more than 500 entries. Contact eXtendTech Support to add support for more than 500 ship methods.

"Ship Address" list not showing sales order’s current address.

In the pre-fulfillment modal, the Ship Address list displays addresses that are saved on the Sales Order’s customer record (the customer’s address list).
