Overview
eXtendMultiFulfillment supports setting custom shipping addresses within the Pre-Fulfillment Details Modal when you need to use an address that isn’t available in the Ship Address dropdown and when you don't want to import pre-fulfillment details.
Configuration
Use the steps below to enter a custom shipping address for a transaction. You can also view a video walkthrough here.
Open the pre-fulfillment details
Go to your Sales Order record.
Click the Specify Pre-fulfillment Details button located on the eXtendMultiFulfillment subtab.

Select the Custom ship address option
In the pre-fulfillment modal, select the Ship Address dropdown and select the Custom option.

Enter and save the custom address
A new modal will open. Enter the custom ship address you want to use for your fulfillment.

Click Save.
The new address will be applied to the ship address section on the pre-fulfillment modal.
If you hover over the Ship Address field, the full address will be shown inline.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q: Why don’t I see the address I need in the Ship Address dropdown?
A: The Ship Address field only shows existing addresses by default. Select Custom to add an address for the current transaction.
Q: What if I need to enter a large number of addresses?
A: Consider using Importing Prefulfillment records using MultiFulfillment Upload.
