Problem
When Importing Pre-Fulfillment Records with eXtendMultiFulfillment, you may receive an error message similar to the one below:
Processing error - Item: {Your Item Name} is not present on Sales Order: {Your Sales Order Number}
Solution
Item not on Sales Order
This error may occur when the item specified in the pre-fulfillment import template is not present on the sales order record in NetSuite. Please ensure that the item mentioned in the pre-fulfillment import template is correctly specified on the associated sales order record, and verify that there are no formatting or naming errors between the pre-fulfillment import template and the NetSuite item name.
Duplicate Items in NetSuite
This error may occur when an item name has been duplicated in NetSuite. For example, NetSuite allows both "Duplicate Item" and "Duplicate ITEM" as separate items of the same type in NetSuite.
This can cause an error during pre-fulfillment import as NetSuite may return the duplicate item name (which may not be on your sales order) when trying to match the item in the pre-fulfillment import template. Ensuring unique item names will guarantee that the correct item is matched during the pre-fulfillment import process.
