Overview

The eXtendOrders Field Mappings custom record is used for transferring field values from Order Imprint Configuration (OIC) records to fields on the underlying transaction. This guide will walk you through the process of creating default mappings using the eXtendOrders Suitelet.

Steps to Create Default Field Mappings

Follow these steps to create the default eXtendOrders to OIC field mappings:
  1. Go to Customization → Scripting → Scripts.
  2. View the eXtendOrders Suitelet.
  3. Select the Deployments subtab.
  4. Open the eXtendOrders Orders to OIC Field Mappings deployment.

  5. Click the deployment's URL to initiate the record creation process. Note: Clicking the URL will immediately start creating the mappings.

  6. Wait for the process to complete. A success message will be displayed on the page once the mappings are created.
