eXtendOrders Field Mappings custom records are used to move field values from the OIC record to body fields and line items on the transaction record. Default mappings are available and can be created by following the steps below.

  1. Go to Customization → Scripting → Scripts and view the eXtendOrders Suitelet.

  2. Select the Deployments subtab and then open the eXtendOrders Orders to OIC Field Mappings deployment.

  3. To create the default eXtendOrders to OIC Field Mappings, click the deployment's URL.

    Note: clicking the URL will immediately start the record creation process.

  4. Once the mappings are created, a success message will be shown on the page.
