Overview

eXtendOrders includes a custom transform order function, which ensures that your Order Imprint Configuration (OIC) records are copied when Estimate (Quote) records are transformed into Sales Orders.


Part of its custom functionality is that it sets the correct PO Vendor(s), PO type(s) (Drop Ship or Special Order), and PO Rate(s) based on the OIC records in the Estimate. In contrast, the native NetSuite transform function does not retain these records. This feature is useful for transferring your OIC records to the transformed Sales Order record for further use.

Configuration

To enable the "Transform Order" button on your Estimate (Quote) record, follow the steps below.
  1. Go to eXtendTech → eXtendOrders → Setup.
  2. Enable the "Show Transform Order Button on Quote" preference.
