eXtendOrders has a feature referred to as the Add Items or Choose Multiple feature. This feature allows you to quickly select multiple items using a pop-up modal. You can view a video demo of the Add Items feature here.

This feature is enabled on the Main Item, Surcharge Item, and Imprint Surcharge Item selections.

  1. By clicking on the Add Items button, a modal will open where you can select multiple items. Image Placeholder 

  2. Enter an item name in the search and click Search to filter the list to the items you are required to add.

  3. Items matching your criteria will populate on the left section of the Add Items modal. Click on the items you want to add.

  4. Enter the Description, Quantity, Cost, Price, and Color of the item and select the vendor for the item if required (some fields will automatically populate based on the item’s configuration).

  5. Repeat steps 2 - 4 to add additional items going to the same vendor and receiving the same decoration. If you add an item by mistake, you can remove it using the X icon to the left of the item in the Current Selections section. You can also Copy an existing entry by clicking the blue Copy button on the right side of the item in the Current Selections section.

  6. When you are finished adding items, click the Done button to save your changes.

Note: The Cost and GP% columns for main items, surcharge items, and imprint surcharge items will be visible on the item configurator screen depending on the eXtendOrders Setup configurations. Contact your NetSuite Administrator for more information.
