Problem

If your purchase orders, generated from sales orders, are not using the correct form (the preferred form as set in NetSuite), it could be due to an eXtendOrders Setup configuration issue.

Solution

Go to eXtendTecheXtendOrderseXtendOrders Setup. Confirm that the "Dropship PO Custom Form Internal ID" and "Regular/Special PO Custom Form Internal ID" fields contain the IDs of your preferred forms in NetSuite.
