Overview

eXtendOrders gives you the ability to input PMS Color and Imprint Color values. You can also hide them individually on the configurator UI, based on your order entry process.

Additionally, eXtendOrders allows you to configure whether a user can enter any color values through Free-Form Text, or if you prefer values to be entered from a predefined list.

Configuration

  1. To configure PMS Color and Imprint Color preferences, go to eXtendTech → eXtendOrders → Setup.

  2. Set the "HIDE PMS COLOR" and "HIDE IMPRINT COLOR" as per your preferences.
  3. Click Submit to save your changes.

Notes

  • If you are using the "Allow PMS Colors as Selection" preference, PMS color values can be defined in the custom record eXtend PMS (customrecord_extend_pms).
  • If you are using the "Allow Imprint Colors as Selection" preference, imprint color values can be defined in the custom list eXtend Color List - Basic (customlist_extend_colorlist_basic).
