Problem

When attempting to make a copy of an existing sales order using eXtendOrders' "Copy Order" button, an "Invalid Suitelet Call" error message is intermittently received:

“Failed to copy the order

Unexpected response received

Invalid Suitelet Call”

Solution

This happens due to the StickyNotes bundle being deployed on the sales order record. This is known to occur on StickyNotes versions 2.01.04, 2.01.05, and 2.01.06.

There are two known options to prevent the error from occurring:
  • Undeploy StickyNotes from the Sales Order record type in the StickyNotes Setup page.
  • Set the StickyNotes Record Page User Event script deployment to 'All Roles' for the audience instead of to 'All Employees'.
