Creation of Charge Items

Before configuring IMC records, create the charge items that will be used in the IMC record. The required list of charge item types are:

Setup
First Run
Additional Run
Repeat Setup

Note: Please create these items as Non-Inventory Item for Resale.

eXtendTech will create the charge items above in your account during installation if other items aren't provided in the installation questionnaire.

If you require multiple charge items as specified above based on different imprinting methods, then create these items multiple times with any suffix or prefix for classifying these items based on imprint methods where they will be applied. For Example: Pad Print – Setup. Specify applicable charges on these items.

Note: The charges specified on these items will auto populate in item configurator modal, but they can be overridden directly from the item configurator modal.

Creating eXtendOrders IMC Setup & Runs Calc Record

This record is used for defining imprint charges calculation rules. This record is used for calculation and generation of imprint charges’ quantity based on specified imprint method, location & # of colors on deco order creation process.

eXtendTech will create basic IMC methods and records in your account along with charge items. You can change these values as per your requirement.
