When writing line items within the NetSuite user interface using eXtendOrders 2.0, some resulting line items may be missing values in the Price Level and/or Location fields.
In some cases, NetSuite takes too long to source the item fields at the line level during line item generation. As a result, the values are not sourced by the time the process moves on to the next line to write the next item.
To resolve this issue, we recommend that your NetSuite Administrator specifies a higher value in the TIME INTERVAL BETWEEN LINE GENERATION(MS) field on the eXtendOrders Setup page. This will allow more time for NetSuite to complete any data sourcing prior to writing the next line item.
