Overview
This article explains how to view buildable quantities for assembly items and access the Bill of Materials (BOM) Inquiry page from eXtendOrders. This feature enables checking the buildable quantity for assembly items when NetSuite's Advanced Manufacturing feature is enabled.

Usage
eXtendOrders displays the buildable quantity and provides a link to access the Bill of Materials (BOM) Inquiry. This allows users to check the buildable quantity for assembly items in an advanced manufacturing environment.
Checking Buildable Quantity in the eXtendOrders Item Modal
- Navigate to the item modal in the configurator UI and add an assembly item.
- The “Available Quantity” field will display the buildable quantity for the assembly item, calculated using the current BOM revision.
Accessing BOM Inquiry from the eXtendOrders Item Modal
- Navigate to the item modal in the configurator UI.
- Click the "BOM Inquiry" button to open NetSuite's BOM Inquiry page.
- Enter the details for your assembly item for NetSuite to return the results.
