Overview

If you only want Order Imprint Configuration (OIC) lines generated for certain preconfigured items, you can update the sales order workflow to skip the items you exclude.

For example, if you have program items that are predecorated and stocked in your warehouse, and you purchase them without creating a decoration sales order, you may want to exclude those items from OIC line generation.

Configuration

  1. Create an item saved search to identify the preconfigured items.

  2. In the saved search criteria, exclude any items where you do not want OIC lines generated.

  3. In the eXtendOrders Copy PreConfig Items to OIC workflow action, enter the saved search ID in the Value field.


Note: This workflow action is typically included in the eXtendOrders Preconfig Copy OIC to SO[B] or eXtendOrders Preconfig Copy OIC to SO[L] workflow. Contact your NetSuite Administrator to confirm which workflow is active in your environment.
