Problem: When configuring an estimate or sales order using the Decoration Configurator UI, you are not able to see certain ship methods that are available within your NetSuite account.
Solution: When using the Decoration Configurator UI, you must select the NetSuite-native ship carrier before selecting the ship method. This is because only the ship methods for the selected ship carrier will be displayed in the shipping method list in NetSuite (and in the Decoration Configurator UI).
Note: When using the Decoration Configurator UI on item records, you will see all ship methods, regardless of the ship carrier. Be cautious when selecting the ship method on the item to avoid conflicts with the selection of the ship carrier later in the sales order process.
