Fixes

• PO Rate Upon Quote to Sales Order Transformation — The PO Rate for an "additional run charge" item now correctly transfers when creating a Sales Order from a Quote. The item's cost from the Quote is always used to set the PO Rate on the corresponding Sales Order line item.
