Fixes

• Item Picker — Fixed an issue where selecting items with a # in the item name could trigger a search error ("Invalid or unsupported search") by encoding the item name before fetching item details.
  
• Order Description generation — Fixed an issue where non-admin users could hit a privilege error when generating an order description if the first Map/Reduce deployment was already running.
  
• "PO Vendor" upon Creating Sales Order from Quote — Fixed an issue to ensure the "PO Vendor" and "Create PO" fields are now set correctly when transforming a Quote into a Sales Order.
  
• PMS Color search — Fixed an issue where the PMS Color dropdown stopped loading new results after switching decoration lines. Improved performance for large color lists.
  
• PMS Color values on decoration lines — Fixed an issue where PMS Color values were not populating correctly on decoration lines.
