Prerequisites

Before configuring eXtendPack you will need the following information:
  1. Ship Engine Credentials
    1. Host Name
      The hostname (e.g., https://api.shipengine.com) to use for communication with the ShipStation API. This information will be provided by ShipEngine.

    2. API Key
      The API key used for communication with the ShipStation API. This information will be provided by ShipEngine.
  2. Item Filtering Saved Search
    To determine the items that will be considered for specifying package details on item fulfillment records, create a saved search to return those transaction line items. If a line item on the item fulfillment record does not exist in the saved search, then that item will not be available on the item package details modal.

Configuration

  1. Go to eXtendTech → eXtendPack → Setup.

  2. Configure the setup page.

    1. Ship Engine Credentials

      1. Host Name
        Specify the hostname from ShipEngine.

      2. API Key
        Specify the API key from ShipEngine.

    2. General

      1. Transaction Line Search
        Specify the internal id of the saved search to be used for finding the transaction line items which should be available for defining package details on the item fulfillment record.
