PDF printing templates in NetSuite don't support dynamic image sizing, so you will have to size the images properly for better display on the printed PDF. You will have to change the company logo and item image sizes mentioned in the PDF template as per your requirements. (Should be in the same aspect ratio as the original image for better results).
On the Quote form please make sure that the field EXTENDTECH PRINT QUOTE AS PDF (Field ID: custbody_extend_print_quote_as_PDF) is present on the form for the Send Email functionality to work.
Send Email feature is only supported in Edit mode.
In the Quote PDF attachment file, item images will not be rendered if the image URL field is empty on the modal for that item. The Quote PDF attachment file doesn’t have the feature to render item images from custom item image fields.
In Edit mode while specifying items by using the Presentation model, if a user specifies an item with its item fields' values then that item retains all the specified item fields' values. If you select the same item again, its item fields will have same values as specified in previously.
In the PDF print, all five columns of the quantity pricing table will be shown regardless of if they have values or are empty.
Only 300 characters are allowed in the comment sections.
When in the Presentation modal, data entered in the LABEL and ITEM COMMENTS fields will expand the x-axis and y-axis, respectively.
When the Record Created By field is not present upon submitting the external Presentation form, an email will be sent to sender as specified on setup by your NetSuite Administrator.
In case of configuring item and eXtendFiles search settings: Initial data set is being cached in Presentation Modal for both Item and eXtendFiles searches, which is always unsorted. Search request made after the initial data-set (using search-box or through scroll) will be in sorted order.
